The Sea Dragon is a top tier spirit, of similar quality to that of the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon (in no way of any lower quality), just instead of lightning, it's water. The Sea Dragon spirit transforms the body to that of a dragon, covered by blue round scales, covering the user completely from head to toe, and creating an eyelike crystal on the user's chest. It has an innate domain called the Devilbreaker Domain, which has only one ability; to break or destroy all domain abilities.
