Yu Tianheng is the captain of the Emperor Team from the Heaven Dou Imperial Academy. He is also the successor of the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan.[1]
Appearance[]
Yu Tianheng is a black-haired slender youth, not considered handsome, facial expressions very lacking, like the muscles of his face were rigid. He gave a kind of uncomplicated impression, but against expectations this kind of simplicity made people feel he was very dangerous.
Spirit Transformation[]
After his spirit transformation a dazzling blue light shine between Yu Tianheng’s eyebrows and immediately following, the blue light spreads in a flash, from his eyebrows falling into his body, streams of blue purple violent lightning erupting all over him like small snakes, migrating around his body. A blue lightning symbol appears on his forehead.
His biggest change is the sleeve covering his right arm swells up and completely bursts into ashes, the arm’s length increasing by half a chi, the entire arm becoming extremely bulky, covered with blue purple scales, the hand becoming a claw, covered by the same scales with each of the joints in the hand becoming bulky.
Personality[]
He has a commanding personality with an imposing aura. He learns from his mistakes and strives to work hard to improve himself and is not one to back down.
History[]
As his father was the eldest son and heir to the clan, he often played with his uncle Yu Xiaogang, being carried around, told stories and jokes and regarded him as a father more so than his own.
Plot[]
Great Spirit Arena[]
At the Suotuo Great Spirit Arena they make consecutive wins causing heavy losses to management. They are then challenged by the Shrek Seven Devils. Since they are a low ranked team Yu Tianheng underestimates them.
During the match he is lured into a trap by Tang San causing him to get pulverized by the Shrek Seven Devils. Despite exhausting his spirit power, when Xie Lingling heals his injuries, he tries to help his teammates again. In the end he is used as a shield by Tang San to help him in his victory against the Emperor Team.
After the match he becomes very emotional when he reunites with his uncle and asks to come back to the clan and even become his teacher. After hearing from Yu Xiaogang the age of Tang San, he strives to work hard to become even more powerful, telling his team mates also to use it as motivation.
Continental Advanced Spirit Master Academy Elite Tournament[]
Yu Tianheng being part of one of the seeded teams of the Continental Advanced Spirit Master Academy Elite Tournament appears in the finals of the tournament. Before their confrontation with Spirit Hall Team he speaks with Tang San and tells him to avenge for them since their chance of winning is very less. Tang San's reply spurs his spirit and he tries to go all out against the Spirit Hall Team but ends up being easily defeated.
Differences in the Manhua[]
- In the manhua, he was originally not a genius and worked hard to earn his place, while in the novel, he was respected for his talent early on.
- The manhua also did not have him learn of or be shocked by Tang San's rank, age, or spirit.
